Function seamlessly
It appears to function seamlessly. Easily programmable and allows for many settings including vacation days or times of the day that the system is off. Has been operating continuously for about 60 days now without any issues. We did have a GFI incident but was easily resolved by flipping off the breaker to the unit and resetting.

Great product. I am now a fan of radiant flooring. We used this for a room on the bottom floor of our 3 story town-home which used to be 10 degrees or so colder then the upper levels. This product is a great energy efficient way to keep a room at the desired temperature. Fairly easy to install and setup. Installation videos were helpful.

Just the right size for DIY
The sheets were just the right size for DIY. In hindsight, because the floor mats had the flat cable assembly, I could have safely gone with the Cerazorb instead. (increased R-value). Anyway, the cork provides a nice stable base for the mats and the hardwood floating floor.

Very easy to DYI. The instructions and the videos on the website were extremely helpful. The product works great. Nice even heat distribution. I keep the floor temp same as room temp. Big difference in comfort level. Good stuff!

I'm a small residential contractor. I've used WarmlyYours floor heating systems on at least 8 projects. I've used both the mats and the coiled wire. The product is great as is the value. Customer service is exceptional. The same holds true for technical support. As is the case with most projects, things don't always go as planned. When I have a problem, whether it's the vendors product or I am at fault, there is nothing more important than receiving prompt and qualified customer support to resolve the issue. I'm talking about the kind of customer support with no finger-pointing, kind of customer support that's geared to fix the problem. That's what I have received from WarmlyYours. Specifically I had to go out Chad Baker. He's been responsive in every respect!

TempZone cable is an excellent, durable heating cable, possibly the stoutest I've worked with. The pricing structure is highly competitive, and in my case, beneath comparable products from at least two other companies.The product range is wide with many options displayed clearly and in an easy to reach modern website complete with shopping carts with log-ins, chat support, sales service. I was amazed at the level of detail applied in an architectural drawing, available as a free service, by the Tech Department. The supplied drawing had icon and color coded start / stop locations, the accurate measurements helped the install breeze by. The cable was well packaged, and shipped a day sooner than expected. I also received follow up service after the install by my representative.

`Extremely fast turn around time, from concept to arrival. The diagram is easy to understand and makes for a fast, smooth installation. No guess work to making the mat come out right on the floor. I have used this brand for a long time and will continue to in the future.

Great product, would highly recommend if you are putting a heated floor over a concrete basement floor. They are pricey though if you need a lot.

Your products have always worked excellent for us- better than "warm your floors" or Sun touch. What makes this product so good is the customer service you have. Jennifer West is one of the best reps I have worked with in any company. She goes above and beyond what my foreman or myself could ever ask for!!!! Keep up the great product and customer service. PS: Diane, who took the place of Jenn while she was out on maternity leave, was very good also but Jenn and I have developed a great relationship and its really nice to have her back to assist us.
