The two electricians arrived to install and power the mat and they presented a plan to me that was different than what their manager had previously quoted to me. They also did not arrive with the pvc pipe that was quoted and were incredulous about running pipe under the cement, as had originally been planned, so I suspected that they were looking for shortcuts. Meanwhile, it was obvious to me that neither had ever installed these mats before (I live in an area that receives very little snow, but I still wanted to invest so that I would never have to shovel again). I called my salesperson, Jenn, to get advice and she immediately answered. She then put one of their technicians on the phone to talk directly with the electricians to make sure the mats were installed and hooked up successfully! Wow! WarmlyYours provided real time assistance with real people.
The response time was excellent, far better than normal. The people were courteous, helpful, and knew their job.
