Should be a good unit, new to me yet

liked everything about it other than internal calibration was needed to get it to program. Scott was very helpful, easy fix. I do think that a note should be included with a warning that if it will not program (ground fault error) to call tech services. It would have saved the client money in having to have an electrician return to fix a very simple thing. I suggest that you inform Julia about that.

Having installed possibly my 5th system, I still think this is hard to beat where applicable. Always well designed and simple to layout.

New Version Thermostat Easier

The new version thermostat is a lot easier to program than the old one, but I would have rated it 5 stars but can't get a Manuel for the new one.

Old controller died after several years of faithful service. Great diagnosis by WarmlyYours Technical folks. Offered us several options and + and - for each. Order processed that day. Setup was easy although distributor code wasn't obvious and recommend the sales people specifically mention it at time of sale. Once found, install done, and warm floors are BACK. Thanks, Doug Serpa

Warmly - Mine

I contacted WarmlyYours after finding the company’s name in the back of a handy-man book. Glad I did. From beginning to end, an absolute pleasure working with the company (especially Pauline Leprozo). Excellent service (and I mean excellent!!), a well constructed and thought out product, informative and visually appealing website, and helpful videos. And they provide custom floor mat lay-out design plans free of-charge - Who does that nowadays?! My WarmlyYours flexible floor-mat now rests embedded in thinset under tile. As a DIYer, I was a little nervous thinking the floor-mat would get nicked by my trowel or crushed by mistakenly walking on the wires during installation. Not the case. The mat is tough so much so that my worries about harming quickly went away. I walked all over the mat before I was done (Note: I highly recommend buying the circuit alarm to detect any problems during the install — just in case). Oh, and I’m a details guy and Warmly covered everything in the installation instructions. Top notch! Compare Warmly to others and you’ll realize these folks have their act together. Going with Warmly proved very reasonable for me $$ and cheaper than going with a Warmly competitor. Worth mentioning as that really reinforced the purchase experience for me. P.S. Get yourself a Warmly t-shirt while you’re at it. Good quality and comfy.

Outstanding Customer Service

I recently had occasion to contact WarmlyYours regarding a damaged thermostat that was still under warranty. At every stage of resolving this issue I was extremely impressed with the quality of customer service I received. Each person I spoke with, and there were a few, impressed me with their knowledge, communication skills and helpfulness. The returns process was absolutely first rate; I was given clear options as to how to handle the exchange and was very pleased with how quickly my new thermostat arrived. I could not ask for any improvement in how the entire experience was handled. Top marks to WarmlyYours!

Great service

While we are still in the completion stage of our build and have not yet hooked up the thermostats, we are very pleased with the product, service and support from WarmlyYours. Troy was great during the selling stage; the installation instructions are clear and accurate; the flex mat was easy to install under floor tiles. We are looking forward activating the 3 bathroom floor heating systems. If the product works as well as anticipated we will be happy indeed. PS move in day is planned for end of November so systems should be operational soon. Thanks
