For an electric heating roll installed above the subfloor, Huber’s technical tip directs the installer to lay out the roll and apply a layer of setting material according to the heating-system manufacturer’s instructions. Install the finished flooring according to its manufacturer’s recommendations.
This confirms the subfloor’s compatibility; it does not authorize every heating product to be bonded directly to AdvanTech or remove requirements for an underlayment, primer or setting material. Follow the complete instructions for your chosen floor assembly.
