Fabulous... and then awful

Ordering was pretty straightforward, and then when I had a design change, Pedro was tremendous in helping me work through the shift. I had to return one roll and get a smaller one to fit the space. All was great... until I got an email saying that my return wasn't accepted, and the $800+ refund I anticipated was now $250. Apparently there was a torn label on the return and that triggers the non-re-sellable policy. If I had returned damaged goods, then sure, I understand the problem. But this is a terrible way to treat a long-time repeat customer, and it really sours me on wanting to do business with the company again. From "WarmlyYours" to "ColdlyYours."

Easy installation. Set-up a little more challenging.

Installation was easy. We did have some initial problems with pairing the thermostat with my iPhone, however. After talking with tech support, I was advised to attempt the pairing process multiple times. Eventually the pairing was successful. Although a bit frustrating, we were finally able to program the thermostat successfully and it is working fine.

Thank you for your review. The issue that you are referring to stemmed from a security setup quirk present on IOS devices. Now that we have learned how to configure the bluetooth settings in iPhones, this situation has been resolved and the setup can be done very quickly and easily. - Scott, Technical Support Manager.

The installation couldn't have been any easier

In my opinion WarmlyYours has perfected the process of designing and installing a radiant floor heating system. My brother-in-law has been a general contractor for 35+ years and he recommended purchasing a radiant flooring system from WarmlyYours when he heard my son and daughter-in-law wanted to install one in a bathroom I'm renovating for them. This was the first time I installed a radiant floor system and WarmlyYours made it so easy by providing the design / layout drawing, the right materials needed to install it, concise installation instructions and a 24/7 technical support hotline if needed. Cost for the material was reasonable. Looking back I wish I installed a similar system on a couple other bathroom reno's I did.

Excellent Customer Service

I called WarmlyYours with an issue regarding my heated floor. They quickly determined my 15-year-old thermostat was no longer working, sent one to me within a week and gave me the contact information of someone who could install it. My floor is up and running!

A responsive team, easy to work with…

I selected WarmlyYours from a host of competitors due to the woman-owned business and small business status. They offered better customer service throughout the installation process, from mechanicals, to setting the mesh under marble tiles. It went very smoothly and the heating system works.

Will remain a loyal customer

I bought the updated thermostat to replace the old one that was no longer working in my customer's home. Their videos helped me diagnose the problem. The install was super straight forward. Their customer service is legit. I don't have heated floors in my home, but am putting them in my bathroom later this year. I will for sure use the WarmlyYours system, no question.
