Mary was a super lady on this process . She kept me informed about the product availability & shipping & yes we got it just the day before it had to be installed. We finally energized the two coils all working fine, it was a wonderful experience dealing with Mary. Thank you very much.
Great to Upgrade
We thoroughly enjoy our WarmlyYours bathroom floor heating system. We replaced an 11 year old WarmlyYours thermostat, side doors and buttons, that died with a new, touch screen model. Can't say enough about the new tech: intuitive, easy to use, and seemingly more efficient at controlling the floor heat. Only wish that the screen would auto-fade after 10-15 seconds. Even with the dimmer set as low as possible, electricity is being consumed, and room is light-polluted, when not needed.
John, thanks for your review. We love the nSprite Touch model as much as you do for it’s simplicity. The good news is that you can make the screen completely dark/off in a screensaver mode. Just go into Menu > User Settings > Screen Saver, choose the option “Screen off” and confirm your choice with a checkmark. This setting also minimizes energy consumption. I hope that helps! Easy to install, great customer service
I installed some Environ Flex rolls in our bathroom. After removing the tile and butting down 1/4 cork underlay, it was so easy to lay out the rolls. The flexibility of cutting them allowed me to use a 25"roll for three runs. All I did was watch the video on the thermostat and the install of the rolls. It saved me a ton of money. I now have a very toasty bathroom floor. I would highly reccomend the nSpire Touch thermostat. For the extra money you can customize the settings to your specific flooring material. Pauline was most helpful through the whole ordering process. She got back to me right away. I will definately repeat.

Moving to a new home and leaving behind my towel warmer was a challenge and I couldn't wait to get one for this house. Chose your company and don't regret my choice.
