Check heating time, towel contact and the instructions for your towel-warmer model.
Towel warmers heat towels gradually. Check that the warmer’s switch and any connected timer are on, then follow the warm-up and loading instructions for your model.
For example, the WarmlyYours Infinity dual-connection manual recommends:
- Leaving towels on the warmer for at least one hour.
- Using no more than two towels at a time.
- Maximizing contact between the towels and the heated bars; placing a towel over the top bar provides more contact.
Use your own model’s instructions if they differ. Adding extra towels beyond its stated capacity is not a safe way to increase heat.
If the unit remains cold, or you suspect an electrical fault, contact WarmlyYours technical support at (800) 875-5285. Electrical testing and repairs should be handled by a qualified professional using the unit’s model-specific ratings. There is no single resistance or surface-temperature value that should be used to diagnose every towel warmer.
