Troubleshooting WIFI Vision Pro 8000 No Heat


Customer calls about NO HEAT issue with Vision Pro 8000 

1.  Verify unit is on, programmed for "HEAT" in setup and is calling for heat.

2.  Does Power Indicator Light LED illuminate on the integration kit relay when the stat calls for heat? 

3.  Measure output of transformer in integration kit.  On 120V unit, test for 120V across White & Red wires.  On 240V, test for 240V across Blue & Red wires.

4.  No voltage present on these wires, inspect/re-do wiring.

5.  All these test good, test for ohms on the heating element.  See ohms testing sheet in Heatwave for instructions.
