Countertop approval and warranty conditions are brand- and material-specific.
Caesarstone publishes explicit approval for FeelsWarm on its quartz, Mineral, ICON and porcelain surfaces, subject to its fabrication/installation guidance and the heater manufacturer’s instructions. Its US guidance dated July 25, 2025 also explains that warranty coverage depends on complying with those requirements.
That is not blanket approval for every quartz or solid-surface brand. The earlier article’s claim of universal Corian/Cambria approval with no warranty effect was not supported by a corresponding countertop-manufacturer document. For those products, confirm the exact surface and written compatibility/warranty terms before installing the heater.
Follow the FeelsWarm instructions for the supplied heater, surface preparation, placement and power supply. Its controlled, gradual warming is not a reason to ignore countertop restrictions or substitute ordinary floor-heating cable. A heater warranty and a countertop warranty are separate.
