My thermostat for my WarmlyYours flooring began malfunctioning after nearly 20 years of flawless performance. The WarmYours support was incredible in helping me pinpoint the problem to the thermostat and assisting me in selecting the replacement thermostat. Easy to ask customer service questions online. Fast reply to questions. I ordered a thermostats directly from them at a great price compared to department stores. Will get my next thermostats from them directly. Ps I went with the wifi thermostat and love it. Thinking about changing my other one just because.

Replacement Thermostat
We were extremely pleased with the recommendations and customer service from WarmlyYours when our older thermostats stopped functioning and needed replacement. Scott and Mahdi provided great service and even follow-up (unheard of now days!) to make sure we were able to install the new thermostats and program them. It was one of the best purchase and customer service experiences we've had in a long time.
