Deliciously warm
I would give this towel warmer a 5, except that it died after 4 years. We love it: it's easy to program, looks great, and makes towels deliciously warm. This is the second one, and I hope it lasts longer!
We love our heated floor
We replaced the thermostat and got our heated floor system going again. It was very easy to change and to program. We love our heated floor and can't believe we did without it for a while. The whole basement feels very nice and our dog is really happy! Thank you WarmlyYours for your excellent customer service and product choices!

My customer is thrilled with their Lava radiant heat panel. It is a focal point of the bathroom and really adds a nice design element to the space. Because it is the summer, they haven't been able to utilize the Lava panel for a heat source but they are looking forward to it. The programmable thermostat makes it so easy to control the temperature of the bathroom. The installation was very simple with the hardware given.
Change in flooring
Because of a change in flooring that was not rated for 'under floor heating' the above thermostat was not used. The previous purchase of controller and under floor heating gets a 6.
A snap to program
All the elements for the successful installation were enclosed in the kit. Very user friendly and straight forward. The SmartStart Thermostat is a snap to program and provides great flexibility in conforming to our lifestyle. If you can program you HVAC thermostat or Nest, you're golden. Great sales team and tech organization. Called a couple times, they were great. Thanks

Informative
I haven’t tried to program the thermostat yet. I have just set the temperature and turned it on and off. I like the informational features, I do find them informative.

Thank goodness for this towel warmer! It is the basic source of heat for my first floor powder room - added on in the 1950's and lacking any built in heat source. The towel warmer is handsome and fits in perfectly. During the winter we can keep the door closed and the pipes won't freeze. What a great addition to any bathroom!

Looking forward to using it this winter
I was disappointed with the gentleman sent out to measure the floor. I showed him the floor plan and reinforced it by showing him where cabinets would be installed (no heating to be placed underneath). I was able to cut the material and use the mating to cover areas which I didn’t need heating. I found the material easy to install and lay tile over it. I set the temperature and turned it on. It warmed the floor quite well. I am looking forward to using it this winter.
