Great product and better customer service
I am a DYI homeowner and found the installation very straight forward. I ordered the product directly from WarmlyYours web site. I emailed a fairly crude floor plan and WarmlyYours returned a CGI floor plan. My only complaint was the circuit check device was faulty that gave false readings. That said the customer service was the best I have ever had. I talked to several persons and everyone was very helpful. Since it is warm now I have only been test the floor warming, big test is next winter. Great product and better customer service.

Excellent system, Customers Love it, Easy to install
Easy to install and operate
The system was very easy to install and operate. The first thing that really helped was the easy to use design software. That function helped me to have a very good printout of the project that I used with the mechanical contractors on the job. Using an electric stapler and a hot melt glue gun, the mat was very easy to install. My only suggestion was to include in the directions to use a pair of cotton gloves while cutting and installing the mat to keep down the exposure to small, invisible fiberglass fibers that get into your skin. The programming was easy and the system operates well. I have spoken to numerous people about the system and will gladly recommend it to anyone doing a bathroom build-out.

The product works great so far. WarmlyYours customer service are the best people I have ever dealt with when I encountered troubles. The system they provide with the floor plans are flawless and fit perfectly. I installed the systems myself with no troubles at all in three bathrooms. Makes a Clicking Sound
Overall I am satisfied with the entire product. Nice warm floor. However, the thermostat makes a clicking noise when it kicks on/off that is rather loud. This is in our master bath and you normally would not hear it, except at night when all is quiet. I had some choices as to where to place this thermostat prior to installation. No one said anything about the clicking noise. After installation I spoke to someone and they told me - it is part of the design and nothing can be done. In essence they knew about it prior to the installation. I placed the thermostat right inside the door in the hallway where the clicking can be heard more. If I had know this, I could have place the thermostat around the corner and perhaps the sound would not be so bothersome. But overall the floor is working as it should. If I could change this one item, It would a 10 out of 10. As it is, it drops to a 7 out of 10. Thanks
We love our radiant heating
We love our radiant heating, but the thermostat seems to kick off and display "GFI" for no apparent reason. when this happens the plug that it's wired to still works fine, but it makes me do a test to reset it. It is quite irritating.

It is well worth the extra cost
This is the second SmartStat I've purchased and it is well worth the extra cost to have a fully programmable thermostat to go with the heated flooring. Don't skimp on this item!

Absolutely love the towel warmer
Absolutely love the towel warmer. It's great to have a warm towel ready as well as drying them inbetween showers.
Towel warmer itself is great
Couldn't find full layout specs on line before install. Could have been me. Should have listed the switch somwhere on documents. I didn,t remove plastic protectiors until after install. In my install not visable unless you had a clue. had to get help from tect. Towel warmer itself is great.
Easy and fast

Circuit check worked just fine while installing
As far as I know, the circuit check worked just fine while installing. My electrician had not issues with it.

I used a meter to do my checks as I went along with no problems at all.
