Responds to changes easily and works well
Although this product is an outstanding companion to the in-floor heating, I find the programing to be confusing. Still, the thermostat responds to changes easily and works well.

Easy do it yourself product. Simply, carefully follow the instructions. Would never consider any other product for floor heating. It is installed and running as advertised.

Performed up to all expectations
The synthetic cork Cerazorb product installed easily and provides a great base for the heating mats. \Our installation was over a concrete slab and the Cerazorb allows for quick heating and longer heat retention. It has performed up to all expectations. I would recommend it to anyone installing basement floor heating.

Kind of complicated at first...
Kind of complicated at first but has many features that will be very helpful. I just got it installed last weekend. I am tiling the floor this weekend and hopefully the system will work.

I have had to replace my thermostat twice
I have had to replace my thermostat twice. The first time before I even used it. The second after a few years. So when my floor failed again and the readings looked good it looked like the thermostat again, so I replaced it again, but this time it did not fix the problem.
My contractor feels it is a wonderful product to work with
I've converted the downstairs of my log home in West Virginia to tile (3 rooms and a hallway). I also installed the Environ II under a laminate floor in my sewing room. My contractor installed it for me and feels it is a wonderful product to work with. I take off my shoes to walk around on the warm floors in my socks! I love it.

As always, the service with Jen West is very very good. She has been my rep for some time now and has gone above and beyond when I have a problem. So far all of the installations have gone very well with only minor alterations to the design layout which is given with the orders but that is to be expected when is comes time to lay the mat. All in all, I am very pleased with WarmlyYours and will continue to use it as long as people want nice warm toes!
Very comfortable
My Tempzone roll was installed under ceramic tile, and the heat has felt very comfortable. I have not encountered any problems. The heat has made getting ready for work in cold, dark mornings a little more bearable.

We have used this product several times, but...
We have used this product several times, but this circuit checker seemed to have internal issues as it had been dropped. All was well, but by turning it around - or over - the alarm would go off. We checked all wiring and resistance, and all was well, BUT it gave false readings from something loose on inside.
Nice peace of mind
The circuit check made it very easy to monitor whether the heating element was damaged during installation. Nice peace of mind.
Wouldn't buy this again as a good digital multimeter...
Wouldn't buy this again as a good digital multimeter will accomplish the same thing if you have one. Simply check all resistances with regularity as you proceed with the installation.

Compared to most of the comparably-styled units available, I found the Infinity to be reasonably priced. We have two of these towel warmers -- one in the guest ensuite and one in the master ensuite. They work well for us and are visually perfect in our very modern home -- clean, uncluttered lines. Lastly, it has been easy to deal with WarmlyYours -- the company is extremely responsive to customer concerns.
Love the product.
Love the product. I no longer have to worry about whether it's going to snow while we're away from home or having to turn the heating on hours before it is needed if the weather forecast calls for snow overnight! Took a bit of time to fully understand the way in which the system works, but now that I've figured it out - wonderful product!
