Great time saver
This was a great time saver. You just hooked it up and started to lay the heater element and then lay the tile. There was no going back and forth to check to see if you had an opening.
The circuit check devices are inferior quality.
The circuit check devices are inferior quality. I can't remember the last time I used one that did not create aggravation. As simple as they are if they fall apart or require repairs...It's aggravating. This opinion is coming from 3 different installers. This is the weakest link with the entire installation.

No problems
This was extremely easy to use. We just laid it out, cut to fit, and glued it down. No problems.
Very nice company
Although I experienced some significant installation problems (my own errors) the product works very nicely when in use. As a rookie, I would never try to put down the tile directly over the mesh. Its just too easy and more protecitve to put down a lite skim coat first. I have a friend looking at your product now and will advise him to do what I didn't do. Your are a very nice company to work with- customer service and quality still yields big dividends. Thanks Terry Garrity

We've had a brutal winter so far and I am very happy with the heat trak. After clearing the doorstep, I moved the trak to another entrance that had 3 feet of drifted snow. I simply placed the trak on top of the snow and it gradually sank to the ground in a cleared path, 2X5 feet. Too bad I didn't take a picture at the time. It would have made a great ad for your company.

These thermostats are fantastic.
These thermostats are fantastic. Not sure why they are sent set for Celsius instead of Fahrenheit, but that's easy to fix. The electricians that install them don't make the change, so it requires taking apart and making the change. Seems most people in the US would want Fahrenheit settings, why not have them sent out with this setting?

This item works very well for keeping the towels dry and fresh, but don't expect them to be especially warm.

This was very easy to install. I had no problem with cutting it to fit nor to lay it on the floor. My tile guy really helped as he knew what thin set etc. to use and that was the only thing that I wasn't sure of.

I have not started living in the house where the flooring is installed. However, so far it seems to work as advertised. The specs and the layout you sent were very helpful. I dealt with Lindy in sales who was very professional. He returned all my emails and phone calls promptly and was able to answer all of my questions. You sent me a mislabeled roll, but promptly corrected the mistake at no cost and minimum inconvenience to me. I place a very high value on customer service and plan to do business with you again in the future. Thank you
Very Easy
The installation was very easy. I used a hot glue gun to fasten the mat to the hardy backer floor.
Fantastic product
Fantastic product, although contractors don't have a lot of experience with it here - I'm in So. CA. Installation went smoothly due to the detailed plans and instructions provided. I laid the elements myself and even did some minor floor plan changes while the electrician and tile layer did the rest. I'm only an average DIYer. This winter mornings and evenings were greeted by warm tile floors that I could gladly stand on in my bare feet.

This a great heated towel bar! I love its sleek appearance in our new bathroom. It works perfectly to dry wet towels quickly. Also, we installed the optional switch to turn it off and on -if desired. I would highly recommend this model.
I Really Like This Towel Warmer
I really like this towel warmer. It is really great to get out of the shower to a hot towel and to a towel never more smelling of mildew. The timer is easy to set up, and bypass if I get "out of sync" with when the towel warmer timer normally turns it on. I will offer that the installation instructions are ok but could be greatly improved for the novice installer. It worked fine for me, but I studied the whole thing and the warmer a long time before I started. There are limited "degrees of freedom" in the adjustment range you have when you connect it to the electrical box. Therefore, the placement of the box controls everything else. I temporarily mounted the warmer to the box with the plate and grommet installed on the warmer, then with a level I held it to the wall, plumbed it, then marked the locations where the four standoffs hit the wall. Then I removed the warmer from the box, then installed the anchors for the four standoffs. I suggsst that this kind of installation tip should be added to your installation instructions. It might help with customer satisfaction.
