Warm Toasty Floor
We have loved our warm floor in our bathroom for 6-1/2 years. When the circuit breaker trip switch stopped working, we called WarmlyYours (I had all my info from our bathroom remodel) and they determined we needed a new thermostat. Our floor sensor still worked fine and all we needed was the thermostat replaced. I was impressed by the customer service of the company and the speed in which they got our new thermostat out for us. Our electrician was able to install quickly and we were able to again enjoy our warm toasty floor!

The thermostat worked fine for 5 1/2 year and then broke.
The thermostat worked fine for 5 1/2 year and then broke. The thermostat indicated a GFI - OH NO! After testing the wires (fortunately I kept the initial readings) it looked the same, so I called customer service. They were very helpful, saying it was most likely the thermostat - "a common problem at this age (5 1/2 yrs - really?). I was initially skeptical but when they offered to split the cost, I ordered it, installed it and YEAH, my floor had heat again. The web site should list this as problem and offer replacements at cost. 5 1/2 years is way too short of a lifespan for a thermostat.

easy to install to code, easy to program. I do find the relay a little noisy. Its has a relatively loud click when it energizes and de-energizes.

Very easy and customer friendly
I had researched several companies while I was considering installing a heated floor when I remodeled our guest bathroom. WarmlyYours provided excellent planning and suggestions. The ordering process was very easy and customer friendly. The product arrived within the expected time frame. The installation directions were easy to follow and the actual installation went well without any problems. I am very happy with the results and will use this company when I remodel our master bath.

Staff was very kind
The floor system has been great. Your staff was very kind to provide a drawing and custom fit mat with very clear installation instructions for me to follow. The new bathroom floor turned out great and it sure was nice to step on nice warm tile all winter long. The thermostat controls were easy to install and use and have performed perfectly. One suggestion I may offer... I was not sure if I was able to shorten the mat lead lines as the instructions were not clear. A quick call to customer service answered my questions. Thanks. Another new bathroom this year...I will be calling to order my new heat mat.

The BEST decision I made
I recently completely remodeled the two and 1 half baths in my home of 25 years. Love the new tile, cabinets, toilets, faucets, fixtures, etc. but the BEST decision I made was to add the WarmlyYours Floor heating system in my master bathroom. Oh how I wish I had put it in the other two baths. I wish I could afford it throughout all the floors in my home. It is so wonderful to have the warmth under your feet during the cold months.
