We installed a WarmlyYours system in 2008 during a major kitchen remodel and have found the company to provide excellent customer and technical support. Since then we have had two minor issues, one was a thermostat that failed and solid state contactors that failed in Jan 2025. Jeff in tech support helped me quickly diagnose the failed contactors and send me clear instructions on how to replace. I suspect in both cases our electric coop may have contributed to both issues due to power surges related to severe weather. My experience with WarmlyYours from design, installation guidance and ongoing customer support has been great and I have found their system works well.
