Underwhelmed by the Warmly Yours Towel Warmer
My husband convinced me to put a towel warmer in our master bath, thinking that our towels would be nice and warm when we left the shower. However, the towels barely get room temp. The warmer itself gets warm but the towels barely change temp. We have even set it on the timer. Would not recommend this product.

In addition to the steps you tried, try folding the towel over or unfold it to experiment, also try a thicker towel (it traps more heat, resulting in higher surface temperatures), a different fabric (cotton vs. blends), leave the towel warmer on longer before the shower (thicker towel plus longer heating time), or place a second towel on the warmer to trap more heat. Also towel cools off too fast after it's taken off of the rail.”

Upon my call to WarmlyYours I was promptly helped and a recommendation was made to cure my dead thermostat. An order was placed. It was received when expected. Installation was easy. It turned on right away and my floors were warm again. Great experience.
best foot warmer
I installed the heated mats. They are amazing. I live in Breckenridge and use these mats to heat the house with my fireplace. This is the only 2 heat sources and they keep the rooms very hot with radiant heat and the electric bill is much better than the old baseboard heaters we had. I highly recommend this product.

A Warmly Winner
Have been dealing with this company for over ten years and they have never disappointed. Their customer service is superb. They are always available, do what they say they are going to do and do when they say they will and at a competitive price. Other supplies may be just as good but why take a chance when you know this one will meet or exceed your needs and expectations.
Very good towel warmer
This towel warmer was the prefect size for our space. It does a great job warming towels with enough lead time. Wish it came in brushed finish rather than polished. Also it came with the wrong wall mounts. Customer service was very cooperative in replacing with the correct parts at no charge.
Excellent Product and Service
When our thermostat failed (out of warranty), I reached out to WarmlyYours. They immediately sent out a new thermostat at a significant price reduction. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and reliable. The online videos were excellent and we easily installed the new thermostat. I was amazed at how quickly we were able to get our floors heating again.

Recently had to replace my my floor warmer thermostat. I contacted WarmlyYours to order a new one. My encounter withe the staff was the best I have ever had dealing with a warranty. Great System
Love the WarmlyYours systems. The anti fracture mat make for a perfect subfloor and easy customizable install of the heating wire coil and sensors. Definitely my first choice when it comes to heated floors!
I was a little skeptical about putting electric floor heating
I was a little skeptical about putting electric floor heating in, especially when it said that it is not to be the main heating. Everything was so easy, and we had it installed in two days! The electricity went out one evening, and my renters said it got so cold, and that the floor heating really made a difference. WarmlyYours made ordering easy! Everything we needed was there! Glad we did it through WarmlyYours and not trying to figure it out on our own. Thanks so much!

We love our new towel warmer! It is wonderful to have toasty warm towels after the shower, and it is great to not have damp towels lingering. I would recommend this to anyone.

Nice way to start the day!
I had a WarmlyYours towel warmer in my previous home, and it performed extremely well. When I purchased my new home, I ordered two - one for my bathroom, along with one for my guest bathroom. Both are working great. Dealing with the WarmlyYours team was a pleasure - would definitely recommend their products and company.
No on/off switch
Unit works fine but I would have appreciated an on/off switch and some indicator that the unit is on. I feel this is a poor design.

Great Service and Great Product.
We attempted to purchase a towel warmer from a WY vendor and could not find one near us. We contacted WY and they did the deal right then and there on our behalf and got us the towel warmer in a timely manner. Thanks for the great service and keep it up! We will definitely be buying from WY again.
Excellent Products & Customer Service
I bought both a heated towel rack and heated floor from WarmlyYours. I chose WarmlyYours over the competition because of customer service. After a few question Mary understood my needs and within a few hours I had an estimate along with the recommended heated floor plan based on the floorplan I provided. Received everything I ordered within a few days and the contractor told me both were simple to install. Would absolutely purchase from them again in the future.
Nice product and helpful people
It's a nice option to be able to install heat under a floating floor in a basement and it was a very easy install. Troy was very helpful and knowledgeable and he answered all my questions before my purchase to ensure it was installed correctly with the proper materials.
