I really love my WarmlyYours towel warmer! It installed flawlessly and my towels are perfectly toasty when I get out of the shower!! I would highly recommend this product!

We love the warm towels in the morning and evening. Switched the programmable timer with a count down timer because it was easier to use.
The company was great
The company was great. After drawing up a floor plan it went unnoticed that the dimensions of the room were wrong resulting in a cable that was way to long. This was realized once the cable arrived to be installed. Calling up for support they tried to reconfigure the layout to no avail. They kind folks at WarmlyYours re-drew the room to the correct dimensions, took back the too long cable, and shipped the correct length in addition to giving me a price adjustment based on the shorter length. The install went well and now I am enjoying nice warm tile floors in my office. Diane was involved throughout the whole process, being very understanding and supportive.

Instructions were very thorough
Everything has gone real well so far. Installation went good and initial start-up went without a hitch. The instructions were very thorough making installation easy. The cable checking throughout installation gave me piece of mind there are no problems under tile. Haven't needed to use yet but that will change in the next month or two.

Very impressed with the insulation value of these tiles especially for being only 5 mm thick.
Deliciously warm
I would give this towel warmer a 5, except that it died after 4 years. We love it: it's easy to program, looks great, and makes towels deliciously warm. This is the second one, and I hope it lasts longer!
We love our heated floor
We replaced the thermostat and got our heated floor system going again. It was very easy to change and to program. We love our heated floor and can't believe we did without it for a while. The whole basement feels very nice and our dog is really happy! Thank you WarmlyYours for your excellent customer service and product choices!

I highly recommend this product
I provided a programmable timer for the receptacle in which the towel warmers are plugged. I highly recommend this product. Our towels are warm every morning and dry shortly after our showers. Even in the steamy summer months.
Instructions are very good and easy to follow
So the job went very well, the instructions are very good and easy to follow. I used 1/4 wonder board between the wires for 2 reasons: (1) to keep the floor more uniform in thickness and (2) to use less floor lever -worked great! Thanks again, the room heats nicely!
Favorite Thing
This is our second warm rails purchase; the first only lasted about 3 years, therefore the lower rating. We live in the mountains of Colorado at just below 9000 feet elevation. Winters can be very cold. Really nice to have heated towels after a shower, however my favorite thing is to hang my clothes on the warmer while I shower and then I have nice warm clothes to put on!
