I was a little skeptical about putting electric floor heating in, especially when it said that it is not to be the main heating. Everything was so easy, and we had it installed in two days! The electricity went out one evening, and my renters said it got so cold, and that the floor heating really made a difference. WarmlyYours made ordering easy! Everything we needed was there! Glad we did it through WarmlyYours and not trying to figure it out on our own. Thanks so much!

I needed to replace my heated floor after 10 years due to a flood and they were able to find my old order and process the order quickly for me. We are very happy with our WarmlyYours heated floor. The WarmlyYours Staff was very easy to work with and helpful! The installation was fairly easy and it works beautifully! Love it!!! We have a heated floor on our main level of the house from another company. It was very expensive, and parts have stopped working. Our new WarmlyYours floor was installed by my husband and works great so far!!! Highly recommend.

I Researched every electric floor heating product available. I am an Electrical Contractor so I understand when someone is trying to BS me when it comes to electrical application. so after talking with many of the competitive floor heat manufacturers and suppliers I found myself over whelmed and Frustrated. I had sales people lying to me to sell their product. When I talked with WarmlyYours they answered the call and addressed every question I had and when they didn't know the answer they conferenced in some one who could answer it. No delay no Back and forth and no BS. They designed my system (800 Sq Ft with 5 zones ) within a couple days, I placed the order and had my product within a week. Now my system is installed works perfectly and am very pleased with my choice. WarmlyYours is by far the best electric Floor heating company by far. They have superior Customer Service from the very first contact asking about their product, Choosing the correct application, designing the system, ordering, and timely shipping, Installation Support 24/7 (I called on a Sunday afternoon and talked with an installation tech)all the way to the finish line when they asked me how did my project turn out. I bought both a heated towel rack and heated floor from WarmlyYours. I chose WarmlyYours over the competition because of customer service. After a few question Mary understood my needs and within a few hours I had an estimate along with the recommended heated floor plan based on the floorplan I provided. Received everything I ordered within a few days and the contractor told me both were simple to install. Would absolutely purchase from them again in the future.

Excellent; install guide, cautions, how to videos. Everything works great! My only suggestion would be to flatten the connection and insulation materials at the heating element/cold lead, as this creates a hump and requires a much thicker bed of thin set under the heated floor. My floor had thickness requirements for a door opening radius and drainage.

I contacted WarmlyYours after finding the company’s name in the back of a handy-man book. Glad I did. From beginning to end, an absolute pleasure working with the company (especially Pauline Leprozo). Excellent service (and I mean excellent!!), a well constructed and thought out product, informative and visually appealing website, and helpful videos. And they provide custom floor mat lay-out design plans free of-charge - Who does that nowadays?! My WarmlyYours flexible floor-mat now rests embedded in thinset under tile. As a DIYer, I was a little nervous thinking the floor-mat would get nicked by my trowel or crushed by mistakenly walking on the wires during installation. Not the case. The mat is tough so much so that my worries about harming quickly went away. I walked all over the mat before I was done (Note: I highly recommend buying the circuit alarm to detect any problems during the install — just in case). Oh, and I’m a details guy and Warmly covered everything in the installation instructions. Top notch! Compare Warmly to others and you’ll realize these folks have their act together. Going with Warmly proved very reasonable for me $$ and cheaper than going with a Warmly competitor. Worth mentioning as that really reinforced the purchase experience for me. P.S. Get yourself a Warmly t-shirt while you’re at it. Good quality and comfy.
