I had to purchase a replacement for my floor thermostat. I went online, placed and paid for my order. Simple. The next day, I received a call from a WarmlyYours representative stating that she noticed that I was already in their system. She said that since this was a replacement part, I was entitled to a 50% discount. How many companies would be that thoughtful? Overall great experience. This is my third WarmlyYours installation (just a homeowner, not a pro) and the only blip was an apparently random change in the location of the controller made during a design change. Troy sent a correction immediately after I contacted him and everything went together fine. Haven't turned it on yet (still need to grout tiles) but I can tell from experience we're going to love it.

I reached out to WarmlYours for advice on installing radiant floor heat in our new master bathroom. I sent them a picture of a sketch of my bathroom and they quickly sent back a layout and a quote. As a diy home owner, I was on the phone with them to discuss any questions I had during the install. They were always available. Now that it’s November in Oregon we are enjoying the warm tile floor in the bathroom. The people at WarmlYours were great to work with throughout the entire process.
