It was not easy to program as we want the heat during the night, not day. The staff tired but said they were unfamiliar with this model. Finally got it done, I think.
Thanks for your review. The thermostats do have some limitations in that the programming cannot cross over from the PM of one day and into the morning of the next day, because they are 2 separate days. If a program is meant to run from 10pm till 6am the following morning, 4 events will have to be used. The first 2 events would be programmed to ON at 12AM and off at 6AM, and the second event to be programmed ON at 10PM, and OFF at 11:45PM. I hope this clarifies how to achieve an overnight schedule.
Nice product and helpful people
It's a nice option to be able to install heat under a floating floor in a basement and it was a very easy install. Troy was very helpful and knowledgeable and he answered all my questions before my purchase to ensure it was installed correctly with the proper materials.

Recently had to replace my my floor warmer thermostat. I contacted WarmlyYours to order a new one. My encounter withe the staff was the best I have ever had dealing with a warranty. Excellent; install guide, cautions, how to videos. Everything works great! My only suggestion would be to flatten the connection and insulation materials at the heating element/cold lead, as this creates a hump and requires a much thicker bed of thin set under the heated floor. My floor had thickness requirements for a door opening radius and drainage.

Super Friendly Service

Perfect
I purchased this thermostat with the environ mat, the item was easy to install (6 wires in total, 2 input(240vac), 2 output (heater wires) and 2 sensor wires). Once wired and powered up it initialized and worked perfectly. I guess you could program it but since it is summer, I am not using the heated floors. Once again, easy to install and easy to program...Perfect.
