Excellent. I called a number of times to get technical directions ( verbal and written) as to determining if my under heat wiring or wall thermostat had failed. Your staff was really helpful as I had no experience and didn't want to hire an electrician to trouble shoot and make the repair. The follow up on my issues was also much appreciated. Exceptional customer service!

We purchased our bathroom tile floor heating pad over 23 years ago. It was worked perfect for the entire time. One day I noticed the floor was not warm, needless to say the wife's toes getting cold is not good for anyone....lol Working with WarmlyYours, Jeff helped me determine that it was the thermostat that was not working. After 23 years they still considered us a loyal customer and gave us a 50% discount toward a new thermostat. Jeff also sent me all the documents needed to install the new thermostat. Great service, great company. The folks I dealt with on the phone were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Since I was replacing an older, discontinued model they gave me a 50% discount on the new one. I would definitely buy from them again.

I needed a replacement thermostat for my heated floor. I was lucky and found the WarmlyYours web site. I easily found what I needed. They had plenty of installation info making it super simple. The thermostat arrived in a few days.

Replaced a 4year-old programmable unit with a simpler non-programmable unit. Installation instructions were easy to follow and diagrams provided were much appreciated. Had to replace a thermostat for flooring (originally installed 6 six yrs ago). Contacted WarmlyYours , reviewed the issue and was determine required new thermostat.
