Excellent; install guide, cautions, how to videos. Everything works great! My only suggestion would be to flatten the connection and insulation materials at the heating element/cold lead, as this creates a hump and requires a much thicker bed of thin set under the heated floor. My floor had thickness requirements for a door opening radius and drainage.

Quick delivery
I called and spoke to a salesperson who suggested the model that would replace my old thermostat. I offered to drive out to the office, but was told that they can drop it in the mail before closing. It arrived at my home the following day. I had it installed and it worked perfectly. In addition, it is a much nicer looking device than the one it replaced. I even got a follow up call to make sure everything was satisfactory. The customer service and the product were both outstanding.

Soooo nice to have warm tootsies instead of stepping on cold tile - so luxurious and affordable! We have Mysa in our whole house, so went with that for the thermostat, and it keeps the whole room warm.

My first system 16 years ago I installed myself. Nice to have a plan for the install from WY. Recent two systems I had my tile guy install. So nice to have warm floor in the morning. Feeling of Luxury. Had my first system for 16 years. Only reason to replace was because we remodeled the floors. All works great.

Don’t use any other radiant heat!
I am a small contractor, some of my subcontractors use Nuheat form time to time on their other jobs. When I give them a WarmlyYours heat package with all the drawings, details and supreme customer service they are amazed! No frills thermostat
We needed a replacement thermostat for our heated bathroom floor but did not want or need a programmable model. This model fit the bill. It is very simple but meets our needs perfectly.
