When James and Anne Church purchased their 100-year-old fixer-upper in a historic Washington D.C. neighborhood, they saw an opportunity to restore charm and comfort to a long-neglected home. After living with plumbing issues and an outdated radiator in the upstairs bathroom for two years, the couple decided to completely renovate the space. The radiant floor heating system, custom-designed to accommodate the bathroom’s unique layout and clawfoot tub, delivered reliable warmth and energy efficiency. To complete the spa-like transformation, the couple added a WarmlyYours towel warmer—eliminating the need for damp towel storage and enhancing everyday comfort. As first-time DIYers, they found the radiant installation to be one of the simplest parts of the entire project.
