Customer Reviews

Your product is all that you said it was.

The deicing kit was perfect for my roof and gutter. The instructions were simple and easy to follow, and before ordering, your supposed staff was extremely helpful in determining the right product for my job.

The panel is silent, sleek and a great design with the ability to plug in or hardwire.

I wanted mine ceiling mounted outside the large open shower footprint to radiate heat down when getting out of the shower in the winter. My electrician had never installed one before and I had purchased a timer switch from another handware store and when the switch didn't light we werent sure if it was the panel or the switch. When we used the Warmlhy Yours switch it worked. My only disappointment is that the 300W unit I purchased is not powerful enough for an 11 ft ceiling. I did make a call for guidance and was advised it should be ample but it is not. It works and will help but it is not quite the full experience I was hoping for. The company has great response time, is considerate and helpful.

Mahdi was fantastic.

I made many measurement mistakes as I did demolition. Mahdi was patient, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. I researched many companies and this is the best. I had questions about a previous install and Jeff was patient while I got the iinformation he needed to help me. Thank you for helping this Senior navigate the digital world.

Laurie was incredibly helpful in making my selection.

As well the product arrived shortly after purchasing.

Excellent web site, well designed and all necessary info and specs to make an informed decision.

Email and telephone calls were quickly answered by a REAL Person, who is friend and knowledgable.

Finally we installed the radiant heating system bought from Warmly Yours in our newly built 4-season sun room and it's working like charm!

It was easy to install, especially with the online videos and the layout instructions provided by the team at Warmly Yours.

Order arrived quickly and was exactly what I needed.

The timer switch is a must have to save the worry of turning the unit off. Works great !

Good service, good product.

Outstanding customer service.

All areas were covered: product selection, ordering, in stallation, troubleshooting, and warranty. It's nice to work with a company that stands behind the name.

Easy to contact and order.

Friendly service. Item I purchased works well.

You didn’t communicate with me that there would be a wait for a product you shipped the other product charged me a delivery fee which I had free shipping on the order I placed online and then after the fact when I sent an email asking can just decide to charge for shipping when you give someone an order says free shipping You told me about it didn’t apologize didn’t acknowledge anything.

I would’ve been quite happy waiting having the order shipped for free as indicated on my web order altogether at once.

Easy and well documentef

Free standing towel warmer order and delivery was very expedient , product is well made and works well.

Wish they made a taller version of this towel warmer , bit short for longer towels. Also a programmable timer for the unit would be a very useful feature or the ability to control it via an external programmable timer .

Very happy with the ease of the website for figuring out which thermostat to purchase to replace our old thermostat controller.

. With the videos Warmlyyours has online, it was very easy to do it myself and the programming has been even easier.

Easy to order and great product

Easy to order and appreciated all the information on the unit, on the website.

Worked great.

The face plate came with the timer - so we installed with the face plate.

Ordered this timer along with the Malta Towel Warmer, Polished, Hardwired, 11 Bars.

This works great and appreciate having the ability to program when to turn on/off our unit.

The unit arrived in excellent condition and was very well packed.

The unit works very well and looks great and we are enjoying the luxury of having warm towels after showering. Also bought the Hardwired Programmable Timer and this makes things so much easier as it comes on when we want and towels are nice and warm when we need them.

Great experience; well organized, competent, helpful!

I got excellent service from Warmly Yours.

My contractor told me I had purchased the wrong kind of towel warmer but he needed me to get the correct kind ASAP. I found Warmly Yours online at a great price. Called Customer service who helped me decide between two models, took my payment and arranged for pickup the next morning. I loved the service and love the look and heating ability of the towel warmer even more.

The wall mounted towel warmer arrived and has been installed.

It works perfectly! Appears well-made, sturdy and exactly what I was hoping for in lieu of the thousands of similar products available online. It arrived much faster than I expected and the ordering process was user friendly and seamless.

best product and company for heated floors.

well packaged and instructed.
