Absolutely the Best Customer Service!

I had purchased the brushed stainless Riviera towel warmer in April 2016 from Home Depot, hoping to install it when our bathroom was remodeled. We were missing the timer & my husband contacted WarmlyYours in 2018 & Brian Daniels immediately sent one out.Fast forward to 2024 & our bathroom is finally being remodeled. That is when we noticed we were also missing the installation kit. I contacted WarmlyYours & Jeff Burnett was kind enough to find an old Riviera model and had the installation kit sent to us. The kindness, patience & efficiency of Jeff Burnett reflects on WarmlyYours.
