I had to purchase a replacement for my floor thermostat. I went online, placed and paid for my order. Simple. The next day, I received a call from a WarmlyYours representative stating that she noticed that I was already in their system. She said that since this was a replacement part, I was entitled to a 50% discount. How many companies would be that thoughtful? What an example of this company's character and the way they value their customers.

We chose this company because of their warranty. We will stay with this company for the service. The product was relatively easy to install under tile flooring. The warm floor makes the master bath feel so inviting and warms the room from the bottom up, it sits along two outside walls with two 4' x 4' windows and used to be so chilly. I will recommend this company and their products to anyone wanting to feel a bit of luxury in their home.

Installed WarmlyYours Enviro Easy Mat to cover almost entire floor area (leaving about 1 foot clearance from the wall). The installation was very easy. Put cork on top of concrete slab, then the mat and then on top laminate 12mm planks. Had professional electrician install dedicated 240V feed from my panel. Went with Mysa wifi thermostat. This room is now the best room in the house. Very warm and I love sitting at my desk without shoes, very warm to the feet. I used it all month of december, setup 6am to 6pm 22C ambient and 6pm to 6am 18C ambient and according to Mysa app based on cost of electricity in BC it costed me only $18 for entire month. Incredible.

Helpful support
Very prompt assistance. When the design called for a kit that did not appear in the drop down menu on Costco.ca, WY set up to sell and ship me the kit directly. When I later discovered that the uncoupling membrane had different spacing than the design, WY was able to redesign my layout and facilitated my exchange for a longer cable at their warehouse. Install went great. Instructions were very clear. I am now enjoying warm tile flooring in our renovated bathroom.
Master Bath heated floor
We are very happy with our WarmlyYours heated floor. The WarmlyYours Staff was very easy to work with and helpful! The installation was fairly easy and it works beautifully! Love it!!! We have a heated floor on our main level of the house from another company. It was very expensive, and parts have stopped working. Our new WarmlyYours floor was installed by my husband and works great so far!!! Highly recommend.

Easy Install
When I was talking to a friend about redoing our master bath he suggested your company for installing a heated floor. I absolutely love it!! The only mistake I made was installing the nSpire touch thermostat. In retrospect I think I would have been better served using the Wi-Fi version. I may make this upgrade in the near future. I highly recommend heating your bathroom floor. Thanks

Fairly easy to install , bars heat to approximately 140 f but are space too far apart to heat towel uniformly . To get desired results you need to switch on at least 30 min. before shower .
Tiny Home Bliss
I initially ordered the Environ™ Easy Mat 120V 3′ x 10′, in August 2018, for my micro-tiny home build. I knew I wanted that lovely radiant warmth in my floor. However, in May 2019, when it was finally time to lay the flooring, the 3' mat was too wide in some places. I contacted WarmlyYours to see if I they would accept a return and instead send me the Environ™ Flex Roll 120V 1.5′ x 18′. They authorized the return and sent me out the new product. The whole process was seamless and stress-free! I installed the Flex Roll under cork flooring and I can't express how pleased I am with the performance! No more cold, winter floors and the radiant heat actually warms the whole micro space! I also purchased the nHance Programmable Thermostat UDG-4999 and it is so easy to use. Excellent products; excellent customer service!
