A little unsure

This was the only thing that made me a little unsure if all was well. I did my ohm readings and hooked up the circuit check, but because they seem so flimsy and me being new to the WarmlyYours I had to just trust that all was well. I did disconnect to hear the sound, but somehow it would be nice to have a more robust unit that I could purchase at the beginning of my installation projects (one time)that would put my unease to rest.

Excellent product all round

Was advised to get the SmartStat thermostat for my applications - very clear instructions on programming. Excellent product all round.

Easy installation

I choose the hard wired option and it was fairly easy to install if you are comfortable running wire and installing outlets. Mine was a retrofit, so it was a little challenging getting the wiring there. It also has a timer that can schedule turning on/off. My only criticism would be that it has no back-light and can be difficult to read (at least for me at 45). Looks great, works well. Are there preferred towels to use with this product to retain heat longer?

Circuit check

I use the circuit check, but I also check frequently with a multimeter. My hearing is not that great, so I don't always hear it. A flashing light would be nice.

4th heating unit I've installed

This is at least the 4th heating unit I've installed. This one was set under Schluter Ditra. No problems. I do use 14G thhn wire to make a sceed in areas not covered by the heat mat so keeping the thinset level is easier.

Installation a little more difficult than anticipated

Installation was a little more difficult than anticipated, I thought that the panels would be precut. But the end result was fine, we like the floor and I will purchase another one for our second bathroom later this year.

Meets expectations, excellent job at warming towels

The towel warmer has met our expectations and does an excellent job of warming and drying our towels. My only criticism would be that we would have benefited from more practical information with the warmer, such as ideal number of towels, configuration of towels, number of hours of use in a day reasonable with the unit, etc.

Works fine

The product works fine, but you were out of almost all sizes and I had to install 5 panels except one or two. Installation was more difficult and tedious.

I had a little difficulty using it, but once I figured it out. It was a great tool to make sure my installation was fully functional before I set the tile....Great Product

Issues with installation

This was installed & it has never worked. We took out the transformer & was told we needed to abandon the shower if it's not hooked up to the transformer as it was all wired together when the tile man covered the dam. There is no other way to make it work it seems - $1K down the drain. We are looking into going back to SunTouch or hydronic for the next big project with 7 bathrooms. Not good product advertising for the design trade if it's that difficult to fix. I've also used this product on two other jobs - one of which the electrician refused to place in the shower so there was additional mat left. The other one - we had to replace the control already.

Mats installed but not yet energized

Believe it or not the mats are finally installed in the floor tile but are still to be energized. This project has gone on longer than anticipated but it has also expanded. I'm confident that your product will work as well as all of the other materials that I've gotten from you. If I have a problem I'll be sure to check with you but I'm sure it will be fine and give me years of comfort.

Good product, documenation - 2 systems installed

I am giving a 5 star rating because the product is good and the overall documentation was good. The only thing I could not find was the factory resistance measurements. This is the second system I installed and it seemed to go quicker.
