My thermostat for my WarmlyYours flooring began malfunctioning after nearly 20 years of flawless performance. We were extremely pleased with the recommendations and customer service from WarmlyYours when our older thermostats stopped functioning and needed replacement. Scott and Mahdi provided great service and even follow-up (unheard of now days!) to make sure we were able to install the new thermostats and program them. It was one of the best purchase and customer service experiences we've had in a long time.

I can't say enough for the helpfulness of the gentleman who assisted me with this order. I was looking for a thermostat to replace one that had had died several years ago. Fortunately, I had the model number for the old one and he was able to immediately recommend a replacement, explain how it worked and most of all, reassure me that the new one would warm up the cold radiant flooring in the bathroom. I am reluctant to order things online but this experience was so positive, I may be more inclined to do it again.
