I love my WarmlyYours floor. They offer excellent customer service. They say “any time” customer service, but they don’t have live people just waiting for your phone call, but in a matter of minutes, they will get back to you with an answer. The online chat was very helpful. Everything was just as described and the mesh heating mat was easy to install. The instructions were clear and the online videos were very helpful. The heating mats were designed well for me to easily layout. I am very happy with the outcome of the first room. I am about to do the second one and am expecting equal results.

This product is great.
My contractor and I both were thrilled with the ease of installation, light weight and R value. We put it under tile. First glued it to plywood with special product then placed thinnest, then put a NuHeat floor mat over, then more thinnest and tile on top. Next week we will install over cement floor with NuHeat mat and engineered wood on top.

Outstanding radiant floor heat!!
We love our WarmlyYours radiant heat systems that we have installed in all our bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and foyer! The programmable thermostats and wonderful radiant, warm floors keep our house cozy all winter and save us on our heating bills too!

Nice and comfortable
At first, I installed heated floors as a luxury to make my home office floating floor more comfortable. Our radiant heating was insufficient for the room, so we added the isolation under our existing floor with the heating elements. This was before knowing anything about COVID-19. With winter coming back, and confinement still active, I can’t express how happy I am to have proceeded. What seemed like a luxury now feels like amazing upgrade that provides me with a comfortable office.

best foot warmer
I installed the heated mats. They are amazing. I live in Breckenridge and use these mats to heat the house with my fireplace. This is the only 2 heat sources and they keep the rooms very hot with radiant heat and the electric bill is much better than the old baseboard heaters we had. I highly recommend this product.

I installed the TempZone Flex Roll 240V 1.5′ x 22′, 33 sq.ft. system in a small bathroom over Cerazorb and under porcelain tile. The whole process went smoothly. In particular, WarmlyYours provided a level of customer service that exceeded all expectations, including prompt response to questions, detailed system layout/design, and easily understood instructions. Now that it is colder weather, we have been using the floor warming system and it performs very well, heating the floor to the set temperature in less than 10 minutes and maintaining that temperature. The system itself is well constructed. We appreciated the backing tape. Only advice I can give installers is to plan on laying a fairly thick mortar under the tile with a sufficient notched trowel to prevent tile uneveness. The Cerazorb was easy to notch to accomodate the thermostat and splices, which are thicker than the heating mat.

Overall i am satisfied with the product and service. I have installed and it is working . Even Better if: Better guidance in the installation guide on self levelling concrete. This stage in the process gets one or two lines in the guide. Actually it was challenging and fairly expensive. I had about 400 square feet and it required about 22 50 lb sacks of concrete, three men and a day of effort to pour. I hadnt budgeted for this level of effort. The guide instructs that wires be a minimum of three inches apart but given length sent this separation was difficult to achieve and also i counted the separation units used in the cable guide in the instruction video and followed this and this was very tight and difficult to achieve separation on long cable runs

Love my heated floors. I live in the Northern part of the country where winter is cold. Our ceramic floors would be too cold with out them being warm by the wonderful products I get from WarmlyYours floors.

I Researched every electric floor heating product available. I am an Electrical Contractor so I understand when someone is trying to BS me when it comes to electrical application. so after talking with many of the competitive floor heat manufacturers and suppliers I found myself over whelmed and Frustrated. I had sales people lying to me to sell their product. When I talked with WarmlyYours they answered the call and addressed every question I had and when they didn't know the answer they conferenced in some one who could answer it. No delay no Back and forth and no BS. They designed my system (800 Sq Ft with 5 zones ) within a couple days, I placed the order and had my product within a week. Product minimizes heat loss from concrete slab on cold days. Product was grouted down first and then the element rolled out. Great at minimizing thickness of completed floor!

Works surprisingly well
I'll admit, when this arrived I was doubtful that it would do anything - it's pretty thin. But halfway through the CeraZorb underlayment installation on the basement floor, we could feel it working - definitely blocked the chill coming through the concrete! I'm certain this will keep the radiant floor heating in the room where it belongs, and not seeping down into the concrete below.

Great product, would highly recommend if you are putting a heated floor over a concrete basement floor. They are pricey though if you need a lot.
