Loving our towel warmer!

Working with our contractor to figure out viability of getting electricity to two other bathroom locations for additional ones in the home. But, our experience goes beyond product itself. Customer service is truly old school, and hard to find such customer oriented companies these days. So happy WarmlyYours still believes in customer care! Excellent temperature control with program options.

Easy to install following provided instructions. This was a replacement thermostat.

Everything needed to install our new floor heating system was delivered as promised.

I was able to install the support structure and heating cable with no problems. The customer support team at WarmlyYours was very attentive and provide all the installation guidance that I needed. It has been 6 months since we moved in and the heated floor is one of the best parts about our new house. I would recommend your product to anyone!

We're loving this towel warmer!

During the winter, our towels never quite got dry. Now they do. And having a nice warm towel after a shower is lovely. The timer feature makes it very convenient.

I have been enjoying my heated floor with the roll of material from this manufacturer and its wonderful.

Its been over a year and through the cold winter. It heats the floor and whole room to a comfortable level for my work as an artist and to enjoy the room which has walls of windows on three sides so it would otherwise be quiet cold. We put slate over the top of the rolls and its lovely to look at to enjoy the ambient temperature! Very pleased!

It was easy to follow the directions and the result is a warm cozy shower every night regardless of the weather!

The Flex roll was easy for my tile guy to install.

He laid it down on a base layer then sealed it in with a layer of thinnest (I think) then applied tile on top. Love the warm floor.

Wiring connections to the second conductor (sheathing) is difficult.

Overall it's very good.

I guess few things are perfect. This is such a luxury item that I feel guilty pointing this out but since you're asking, 1) There is a clicking noise when it turns on. 2) there's pockets of coldness here and there on the floor.

I have installed several different in-floor heat systems. WarmlyYours is by far the most user-friendly system for both install and operation. The thermostat has a very readable display, sleek design, and very easy operation system. Programming the system is a simple push of a couple buttons and you have a program for the week for your morning or night routine. The floor sensor is also a very easy install mainly due to its low profile. I highly recommend this system over any other system on the market. I did have an issue with one thermostat wire and after a quick couple minute call to a sales representative the problem was resolved without having to order any special parts. The customer service was VERY impressive with the knowledge of every detail of their product and also by far one of the most polite and personable services I have talked to in a long time.

I have installed several other in-floor heat systems and this is by far the easiest to work with and install. WarmlyYours is the only company that I have found actually gives a floor plan with a diagram showing how to lay out the heat system. Other electric systems simply give you a cord that is a set length and covers an approximate square footage. You as the installer have to install the wire fastening system to the floor yourself, and then guess at how far to space the wire; thus producing a lot of frustration and wasted time at the end when the heat wire needs to be removed and re-installed to make the length work out properly. I can set a 9'x6' area with WarmlyYours in approximately 2 hours. This includes pouring self-leveling mortar over the system. With other systems I can spend almost double that just setting the wire in place. There is no other in-floor heat system that I would rather use! WarmlyYours is hands down the best!
