I was disappointed with the gentleman sent out to measure the floor.
I showed him the floor plan and reinforced it by showing him where cabinets would be installed (no heating to be placed underneath). I was able to cut the material and use the mating to cover areas which I didn’t need heating. I found the material easy to install and lay tile over it. I set the temperature and turned it on. It warmed the floor quite well. I am looking forward to using it this winter.
I haven’t tried to program the thermostat yet.
I have just set the temperature and turned it on and off. I like the informational features, I do find them informative.
I like the 18" wide mat better for installing.
Made several calls trying to troubleshoot old unit and everyone was helpful.

The system had short, but exchange was a snap.
We have loved our warm floor in our bathroom for 6-1/2 years.
When the circuit breaker trip switch stopped working, we called WarmlyYours (I had all my info from our bathroom remodel) and they determined we needed a new thermostat. Our floor sensor still worked fine and all we needed was the thermostat replaced. I was impressed by the customer service of the company and the speed in which they got our new thermostat out for us. Our electrician was able to install quickly and we were able to again enjoy our warm toasty floor!
