Exceptional product, so easy to install.

I installed WarmlyYours in my basement home theatre area and office area on a concrete slab and under laminate flooring.

The system was easy to install and works so well I recommended it to my brother. The only issue is that the electrical supply cords to the mats were thicker than the laminate underlayment so it required renting an electric jack hammer and creating trenches wherever the supply cords ran so that the laminate floor would lay flat. I was expecting a ribbon type of supply cord which would match the thickness of the Environ II.

We just love the towel warmer.

Ours is hardwired and we simply use the on/off switch. The technical client service is also excellent. Would recommend this product anytime.

Thermostat works fine and is logical to use and program.

Instruction manual is well written. Two negative items to report - There are four wires to connect but only three connectors were provided. You recommend using a double box with a mud ring but the thermostat will not fit into the mud ring! There is a step in the housing at the bottom that prevents it from going in all the way.

This is a great thermostat with a lot of features and flexibility.

You can set it to stay at one temperature or take advantage of the programming options. The controls are fairly intuitive and the thermostat is slim and aesthetically appealing. The display dims automatically when not in use.

When you have a beautiful bathroom remodeling.

Towel warmer can alway be the finishing touch. Ideally, it will make you feel your morning start warmly or ending your day warmly. Imagine having a nice warm shower, then getting out, grabbing your warm towel or bath robe and wrapping around body. You will get the warmth hugging onto you. Your "Warmly" towel or bath robe will give you the comfort... Why do we most of us have a remote vehicle starter? Thank you and stay warm, Mike Grave.

The system is very warm.

I find myself sitting down on the carpet more often. I am saving on my heating bill by not heating the whole house.

This was extremely easy to use.

We just laid it out, cut to fit, and glued it down. No problems.

I lost/misplaced the instructions so I panicked.

I called WarmlyYours and was e-mailed a copy of the instructions. This was painless and went rather quickly. It didn't take as long as I thought it would.

I didn't have room in our bathroom to install, so gave it to one of my daughter.

This item works very well for keeping the towels dry and fresh, but don't expect them to be especially warm.

This a great heated towel bar!

I love its sleek appearance in our new bathroom. It works perfectly to dry wet towels quickly. Also, we installed the optional switch to turn it off and on -if desired. I would highly recommend this model.

I really like this towel warmer.

It is really great to get out of the shower to a hot towel and to a towel never more smelling of mildew. The timer is easy to set up, and bypass if I get "out of sync" with when the towel warmer timer normally turns it on. I will offer that the installation instructions are ok but could be greatly improved for the novice installer. It worked fine for me, but I studied the whole thing and the warmer a long time before I started. There are limited "degrees of freedom" in the adjustment range you have when you connect it to the electrical box. Therefore, the placement of the box controls everything else. I temporarily mounted the warmer to the box with the plate and grommet installed on the warmer, then with a level I held it to the wall, plumbed it, then marked the locations where the four standoffs hit the wall. Then I removed the warmer from the box, then installed the anchors for the four standoffs. I suggsst that this kind of installation tip should be added to your installation instructions. It might help with customer satisfaction.

My WarmlyYours floor is keeping all areas of the floor at a perfectly comfortable level for bare feet.

We've had a brutal winter so far and I am very happy with the heat trak.

After clearing the doorstep, I moved the trak to another entrance that had 3 feet of drifted snow. I simply placed the trak on top of the snow and it gradually sank to the ground in a cleared path, 2X5 feet. Too bad I didn't take a picture at the time. It would have made a great ad for your company.

The warming system has been great, especially given the winter we are having.

This controller is much better than the original design and keeps our floor at the temperature we want.

Installed on a concrete floored area previously an outside porch, now enclosed with walls and windows to become inside space.

No heat source and one non-insulated stone wall, very chilly on cold days. Installed between carpet pad and new carpet with wall thermostat. Works great, I set the thermostat at 70 and it holds the room temperature there.

All materials that were ordered came in as promised on time.

There was a problem with a component that would read like a short - after the tile was installed. We contacted the tech dept at WarmlyYours and were directed step by step to trouble shoot the problem and determined that it was a faulty thermostat. A replacement was promptly sent and installed. And now we once again have a happy customer (and contractor). Thank You for your quick and efficient response to helping solve this problem.
