Make the Thermostats available in different colors

Compared to most of the comparably-styled units available, I found the Infinity to be reasonably priced.

We have two of these towel warmers -- one in the guest ensuite and one in the master ensuite. They work well for us and are visually perfect in our very modern home -- clean, uncluttered lines. Lastly, it has been easy to deal with WarmlyYours -- the company is extremely responsive to customer concerns.

The synthetic cork Cerazorb product installed easily and provides a great base for the heating mats.

\Our installation was over a concrete slab and the Cerazorb allows for quick heating and longer heat retention. It has performed up to all expectations. I would recommend it to anyone installing basement floor heating.

Was replacing a unit............fit perfectly and works "warmly"!

Kind of complicated at first but has many features that will be very helpful.

I just got it installed last weekend. I am tiling the floor this weekend and hopefully the system will work.

I have had to replace my thermostat twice.

The first time before I even used it. The second after a few years. So when my floor failed again and the readings looked good it looked like the thermostat again, so I replaced it again, but this time it did not fix the problem.

One word, Awesome.

The thermostat for this device could use a back light and is a little overly complicated with buttons and esoteric pictographs. It's not very intuitive and I managed to lose the English instructions (Good thing I know some Spanish). Clearly an off-the-shelf part as opposed to a dedicated device for towel warming. Probably the only weak link in my heated floors/heated towel rack order.

So far so good.

A lot of buttons and I didn't notice the wings for the extra buttons at first, but the instructions are pretty clear.

We love our Infinity Towel Warmer.

We have the built in option and it looks fabulous. It took a bit to figure out the programmiong instructions (mostly how to turn on the appliance), but once that was behind us, every morning we have toasty towels waiting for us. I love the ability to easily turn off for extended away time. My kids are begging for one in their bathroom.

I'm still early in the learning curve and attempting to find the best setting for our schedule and the room.

My initial finding that the unit does not have a battery back-up and will require to be reprogramed each and every time there is a power outage is a minus.

I had a customer have me replace his thermostat since his went bad.

It came from a local electrical supply house and cost more than mine that I got from you, and they are the same brand. Glad I bought from you.

As an electrical contractor, I've installed several heated floors from various suppliers.

Thought I'd try your product in one of my own homes because of the price. The tile installer was quite pleased and so am I.

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of control supported by the SmartStat.

Because there is so much control, it takes a while to set up the program. It would be nice if there were shortcuts to set every day, or all weekdays, or weekend days the same and then go in and edit the exceptions (if any).

This thermostat works great for me.

I especially like the feature that lets you set a time and a temperature and the thermostat figures out when to start warming up to be at temperature at that time (although I didn't realize at first there is a dip switch that needs to be toggled to activate this feature).

Set it last night for the first time and woke up to a warm floor so we could make coffee barefoot!

Just got it installed a week ago.

I like the new LCD display. It's clean, clear and easy to read. Programming is a snap as well as setting the program on/off time and temps. One concern I have is with the separate doors that cover the controls. I'm concerned they will easily get broken if not closed tightly or if accidentally are brushed against while walking by. Other than that, I'm looking forward to warm tile floors this winter.

The first thermostat that was sent with my original order proved to be defective.

After testing on my own for two days, I finally called the WarmlyYours Service Rep. I could have saved a lot of time contacting them first. he Customer Service Rep was very professional and helpful. It took about 20 minutes to run all of the tests. It was evident that the thermostat was defective. A new thermostat was sent to me and installed. It works fine. Easy to program, good instructions and support. I don't have a problem with it.

The installation went very well, all the Ohm readings were within the acceptable range.

My customer is pleased with the end product.
