Great looks, easy to program.

The only option missing is a battery back-up that will save settings in a power outage.

Great product

Outstanding product!

Installation was far easier than using a skim coat of cement over wire on the subfloor. We now enjoy our beautiful cork floor in the basement whereas before we dreaded going downstairs to watch a movie or have company sleep overnight in winter. We actually don't use the forced air vents anymore in that room as it stays warm enough without them on! In fact, we feel the warmth halfway down the staircase. Recommended to many people already and will continue to do so. Thank you for producing this exceptional product!

Good reliable unit, never had a problem.

Directions must be followed correctly for it to work properly. Unit offers options for temp setting that my clients enjoy. I prefer to use this thermostat verses any other product.

Great product

We have a basement corner bathroom that is normally fairly cool year round.

This coolness keeps the towels from drying and made winter showers a bit chilly. Since installing our new towel warmer, not only are our warm towels a treat to use, the room itself is gently warmed as well. We have recaptured the "spa" feel in our ensuite bathroom thanks to the Riviera warmer and will recommend it to anyone considering an upgrade to their bathroom.

Like the mat.

Not happy about the large connection at the ends of heat element. Could be flatter

I used the old style of mat for this install and was very happy with it.

The string style of attaching the heating element to the fiberglass mesh allows the greatest flexibility with respect to custom installs, resulting in a superior end product for my customers. I had tried to install the newer adhesive type on the same job with miserable results. I'll not be using the adhesive type for any future installs. My customers are always very happy with their heated floors and they are a great up sell product for them and myself. I recommend heating to everyone I speak to about tile floors.

This thermostat is very attractive and more intuitive that previous versions we've purchased.

As we are using it to control the temperature of concrete kitchen counter tops, having the right aesthetic was very important to us. It looks beautiful and functions perfectly.

The pre-cut valuemat was the perfect size for our project.

It arrived in perfect condition and the instructions were clear. We were using the mat for an atypical installation (heated counter top) and had no challenges with the installation. Best of all, it works perfectly!
