Hello, overall I like your products.

I actually purchased other items; electric radiant heat grid, Insulated mats and thermostat. My issue was the instructions in grid installation regarding floor temp cable which didn't work,it showed error on thermostat. Then realizing it required the other floor temp wire included with thermostat. Eventually I was able to find another way.

A replacement thermostat corrected my problem

My old thermostat died and was without one for 6 weeks.

It’s amazing what a difference if makes to have warm feet in the bathroom! The new one is much more consumer friendly ( to program). Love it!

My contractor had no issues using this this product and thought it was very well made.

Once ordered, I received the product within 24 hours. It installed easily and is working beautifully. My longtime wish has come true.

The Thermalsheets were exactly as described, easy to cut and install on the floor, and really helped keep out the cold.

Process smooth, phone call customer service said existing WarmlyYours thermostat shot, 15 years old.

Oddly, other two working fine ytd. Issue: I do not recall being informed replacement non programmable. One would figure like for like replacement.

Order was handled quickly, was correct, and a minor issue was quickly acted on.

Other than a funky screw, all went well. The on line video was excellent.

We love our heated floor.

We needed a new thermostat, and everyone at WarmlyYours was very helpful. Although we got it installed, it was a little more complicated than before.
