I replaced my programmable thermostat with with unit that is merely on/off.

Where I live, the radiant floor heater is not used that often. It performs as expected.

Bought the WarmlyYours 4 hour timer to replace the original timer that came with the towel warmer...

The original timer was so hard to use, and extremely hard to read with small buttons, etc. The WarmlyYours 4 hour timer works great, is easy to use and read, and was an simple installation - We love it!!!

We bought and installed a heated floor system for our main bath, installation was easy with great instructions, our thermostat stopped working about 14 months later, customer support was great, they quickly sent a replacement, all is working great again!

Towel warmer and programmable timer have been working flawlessly since install.

Contractor really liked the easy to follow instructions and took less than an hour to install, as receptacles were ready when the product arrived. Customer service agent Jennifer is one of the best retail service personnel i have seen in recent times anywhere. She expedited the shipment and honored the price match (another web retailer) i requested. And followed upon the install and feedback. With this experience with them, will certainly consider them for future purchases and recommend them.
