Once i got the unit installed correctly, it works great.

I did have issues however. I had to return the first unit as I could not get the front face plate off. The return process was prompt and professional, and the new unit came quicker than expected. Once I got the replacement, it did take me a couple tries to wire it correctly, but once I did get it installed we are very happy. Watch the installation videos!!! If you follow the instructions, you will have no problems.

This is a quality product and far superior to the crap you can get at the local big box hardware store.

It is packaged well, unravels nicely, and does not get tangled. My only complaint was certain lengths I needed were not in stock.

Other than finding the right breaker to turn off, installation was easy.
