Customer Reviews

Package was delivered faster than usual.

Installation was easy. The towel warmer works perfectly, after you set up the timer. Just like a bidet, it's a game changer and nice to dry off with a warm towel. I highly recommend this product and this business!

Troy from WarmlyYours was a pleasure to work with!

Additional product arrived with the warm floor for a client, and he was happy to take part of the shipment back, no questions asked. Troy responded quickly and kept me informed for all steps of the order and return process.

I really liked the ease, durability and agility of the decoupling mat and wire installation.

Very professional assistance in sales department as well as the Technical Support.

I've reach out to this company from a google search.

Shortly after speaking with a representative, we were directed right to a product of choice. The quickly show some guide of which helped us understand the installation.

The replacement was received quickly (thanks!) and continues to work perfectly.

WarmlyYours is very proactive with communication and their website is clear and well laid out.

Very pleased with my purchase.

Once i got the unit installed correctly, it works great.

I did have issues however. I had to return the first unit as I could not get the front face plate off. The return process was prompt and professional, and the new unit came quicker than expected. Once I got the replacement, it did take me a couple tries to wire it correctly, but once I did get it installed we are very happy. Watch the installation videos!!! If you follow the instructions, you will have no problems.

Customer service was so helpful in assisting me to select the right replacement part.
