Installation was easy. The towel warmer works perfectly, after you set up the timer. Just like a bidet, it's a game changer and nice to dry off with a warm towel. I highly recommend this product and this business!

The replacement was received quickly (thanks!) and continues to work perfectly.

Once i got the unit installed correctly, it works great.

I did have issues however. I had to return the first unit as I could not get the front face plate off. The return process was prompt and professional, and the new unit came quicker than expected. Once I got the replacement, it did take me a couple tries to wire it correctly, but once I did get it installed we are very happy. Watch the installation videos!!! If you follow the instructions, you will have no problems.
