The defogger may was easy to install and is functioning just as it is supposed to work.

Initial phone call to the service department was not every helpful.
But once I decided to just buy a new thermostat then the process was straight forward and the CS person was super helpful
Always a great product!
The thermostat I wanted was delivered the same week I ordered it.
The device is directly connected to the power line as opposed to lead wires from the device - like my previous one whose lead wires burnt out.
Customer service was able to help with my problem, diagnose, and send a replacement without fuss.
I appreciate getting an answer quickly!

No regrets what so ever. Love the warmth radiating from the tile floors! The installation was somewhat of a challenge for my inexperienced husband. But installed now….no looking back!

I needed a new thermostat for my heated floors in the kitchen.
They helped me pick out the one I needed and even gave me a discounted price. Shipping was not real fast, but once I received it, the installation was a breeze and my floors are warm again. Customer service also followed up on the order a couple of times to make sure I was satisfied, which was impressive.
