When I went to install, I notice the wires were worn.

No issues contacting customer service. I really appreciate being able to talk to a human and not AI. After sending them pictures, they sent me a new unit asap. The installation worked well and the unit works great. I did not want to leave unit on the whole time, so I purchased a timer switch with a 4 hour and 2 hour delay off of Amazon. This towel warmer works great!!!!

Installation was easy.

We did have some initial problems with pairing the thermostat with my iPhone, however. After talking with tech support, I was advised to attempt the pairing process multiple times. Eventually the pairing was successful. Although a bit frustrating, we were finally able to program the thermostat successfully and it is working fine.

Installed in kids bathroom- Love that the unit is compact yet stylish.

Works VERY well- towels are toasty warm!

In my opinion WarmlyYours has perfected the process of designing and installing a radiant floor heating system.

My brother-in-law has been a general contractor for 35+ years and he recommended purchasing a radiant flooring system from WarmlyYours when he heard my son and daughter-in-law wanted to install one in a bathroom I'm renovating for them. This was the first time I installed a radiant floor system and WarmlyYours made it so easy by providing the design / layout drawing, the right materials needed to install it, concise installation instructions and a 24/7 technical support hotline if needed. Cost for the material was reasonable. Looking back I wish I installed a similar system on a couple other bathroom reno's I did.

Love, love, love my towel dryer.

(Bought 2 but only one installed so far.) I had one at my previous house but the buyers insisted I leave it and I wasn’t happy. Looked at over the Internet to find one like it and WarmlyYours came closest. Do yourself a favor and get one of their towel dryers.

Great product, everything as expected

I called WarmlyYours with an issue regarding my heated floor.

They quickly determined my 15-year-old thermostat was no longer working, sent one to me within a week and gave me the contact information of someone who could install it. My floor is up and running!

I selected WarmlyYours from a host of competitors due to the woman-owned business and small business status.

They offered better customer service throughout the installation process, from mechanicals, to setting the mesh under marble tiles. It went very smoothly and the heating system works.

I bought the updated thermostat to replace the old one that was no longer working in my customer's home.

Their videos helped me diagnose the problem. The install was super straight forward. Their customer service is legit. I don't have heated floors in my home, but am putting them in my bathroom later this year. I will for sure use the WarmlyYours system, no question.
