I was able to test it before installing it. The product is working as expected with a timer I purchased from Home Depot. It doesn’t get burning hot either so not too worried about kids touching it. We also use it to dry damp clothes. One minor issue we found was that the unit was not perfectly squared. I noticed it right away as it came out. A little friendly persuasiveness was enough to fix it. Shipping was prompt and delivery was timely. Communication from WarmlyYours was amazing.

Don't let the discount fool you, this is a high quality towel warmer made of all metal parts. Warms up very quick and has plenty of cross bars to warm and dry your towel or warm up a sweatshirt on a cold day. My home power meter shows it uses around 150 watts, which is reasonable for the warmth it puts out. I put ours on an overnight timer to save money since it only needs to run 8 hours or less to dry a damp towel. It was very easy to install with sturdy wall anchors and fasteners. Everything you need comes in the kit so no running to the hardware store. If I had one criticism it's difficult to install the set screws with the small allen wrench because of how close they are to the wall. With the wrench being an L shape it keeps hitting the wall as you screw it in. With a little bit a patience and time it worked out but a straight little hex screwdriver would be better.If you are looking for a great quality warmer at a super price, you can't pass this by.

We bought this unit to replace an old towel warmer that had worn out over time.

We got it with the timer switch and had it installed in our home by a professional electrician. The towel warmer works very well and heats up our towels from 7:00am, turning off at 11:00am, and has a variety of different times that you can set it for, as well as a handy override for when you want to warm your towels at a different time.

We purchased WarmlyYours radiant floor heating mat through a local tile store 13 years ago.

The thermostat stopped working so we thought the floor heating mat also stopped working. I contacted WarmlyYours and decided to order a new thermostat hoping that was the problem with floor heating mat. We ordered the touch screen thermostat and had an electrician come to test the old thermostat and check the electrical connection to the floor heating mat. Turns out the problem was the thermostat. He installed the new touchscreen thermostat and waited to see if the floor heating mat started heating again and it did. I worked with two individuals at WarmlyYours, Hamid and another (unfortunately I don’t recall her name) individual. Hamid followed up to make sure everything was working properly before closing the customer support ticket assigned to my inquiry. It was great customer service and we had warm floors again during while the outside temperatures were in the teens.

We recently had to replace the thermostat for our WarmlyYours sunroom floor.

The heated floor was installed in 2012 and this is the first problem we have had. We were pretty sure it was the thermostat when the floor went cold and after a visit from our electrician, he confirmed it was the GFI in the thermostat. The replacement thermostat arrived quickly and we had the old thermostat replaced. We are so happy to have our heated floor back in operation and so thankful for WarmlyYours! We have never been sorry for having heated floors installed in our sunroom and remodeled bathroom. It's the BEST!! We can't thank you enough!
