The company was easy to deal with, had great and responsive customer service.
Just powered up the floor today. It sits under self levelling cement and floor tile and took a couple of hours to warm from 19C to 28C.

Received the thermostat quickly and had a minor issue during install and when contacting support the gentleman I worked with was very knowledgable and quickly helped me understand my mistake in wiring up the thermostat.
Everything works great now!

I just had the opportunity to use the cable in my personal bathroom remodel. I absolutely love it! So great t i step out of my tub onto this cozy warm tile!!

Use it every day
Love the option of hardwire or plug in.
I was able to test it before installing it. The product is working as expected with a timer I purchased from Home Depot. It doesn’t get burning hot either so not too worried about kids touching it. We also use it to dry damp clothes. One minor issue we found was that the unit was not perfectly squared. I noticed it right away as it came out. A little friendly persuasiveness was enough to fix it. Shipping was prompt and delivery was timely. Communication from WarmlyYours was amazing.
Talked me through the installation and provided smart hints.
Anatoliy was above and beyond in every aspect.
His customer service was impeccable and tireless. Couldn’t have done it without him!
