What an amazing company.

The service we received has been truly amazing. The product itself has been an excellent investment. Our installer said the product was easy to install and great quality. We had an issue with our thermostat, the screen was glitching, warmly yours quickly sent us a replacement with no questions asked. We also had their service department walk us through setting it up. We are so grateful for the service we received. Love that customer service was easy to get ahold of, which to respond, easy to understand and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Warmly Yours you aren’t just getting a great product you are getting a great company to work with too.

Same for the sales team. Our system was installed in 2008 and only issue has been an electrical component wore out in the power supply. This failure could have been the result of nearby lightening strike, but again great technical support in diagnosing the problem. Our system is installed under slate tile in a kitchen dining room in central Texas.

Solid product, I installed their floor heating grid over 10 years ago, the Thermostat was upgraded to a newer wifi model, and the floor heat is still operating beautifully in our tile Master Bathroom.

System was great for first couple years but thereafter it malfunctioned and is now dead.

I have had several transactions with Warmly Yours over several year and have used their floor heating under carpet and tile.

Working directly with Warmly Yours, they provided detail instructions as well as drawings for my specific intallation needs. The detail and arrangements were completed on-line and on the phone and were always 100% correct. I generally prefer in person discussions to insure correctness but Warmly Yours could not have performed better even if they were standing in my home at the time. Excellent experience and more than one time.

The room that has this product, is standing on piles however the floor cavities are spray foam filled.

The heating of the room is definitely acceptable - sometimes though it can not be clear as to whether the warmth is from the product only or is from the sun coming in the windows (most is early sun mind you)

My wife and I really enjoyed the warm towel experience we had in many European countries while we traveled.

This is not a normal accessory in an American bathroom but it really should be. We weren’t sure how good the over the counter options in America were and having never been owners of a towel warming rack we didn’t know what to expect or if we were even going to enjoy it long term. Our search for answers brought us to Warmly and their beautiful selection of racks. We opted for a hybrid plug in/hard wire version that is permanently wall mounted. The reality is we love having our towels dry with help from the warm rack. My wife loves the warm towel after her shower. After using the rack we’ve come into a routine where our towels get warmed before the shower ands dried after before we turn the rack off until the next shower. The unit is well constructed and was easily installed. Everything seems to be of high quality components and I expect years of reliable usage.
