Customer Reviews

We purchased a heated towel bar because our contractor was familiar with your products and they were able to give us a better price instead of us purchasing the same product from a different source.

Everything works fine. The only reason for my 4 star review, instead of 5, is due to the fact it doesn't heat as hot as we would like. We had purchased another brand for our guest bath and that one heats better.

Great product & serice even years later

We've used the WarmlyYours under floor heating in two bathroom remodels, and we love it!

So does everyone else who visits our home. Great product and customer service.

Great product Helpful people Easy access to information

Excellent customer service!!!

Floor heating system is excellent! Wall towel heater takes a long time to heat and doesn’t make the towels very warm.

I have purchased from Warmly yours twice

Warmly Yours has always supported me when I have questions.

They are proactive, interested in helping, and know their products well.

Jennifer Stastica was very helpful in completing our order quickly and correctly.

What an amazing company.

The service we received has been truly amazing. The product itself has been an excellent investment. Our installer said the product was easy to install and great quality. We had an issue with our thermostat, the screen was glitching, warmly yours quickly sent us a replacement with no questions asked. We also had their service department walk us through setting it up. We are so grateful for the service we received. Love that customer service was easy to get ahold of, which to respond, easy to understand and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Warmly Yours you aren’t just getting a great product you are getting a great company to work with too.

Very helpful US based technical support staff if you have any problems.

Same for the sales team. Our system was installed in 2008 and only issue has been an electrical component wore out in the power supply. This failure could have been the result of nearby lightening strike, but again great technical support in diagnosing the problem. Our system is installed under slate tile in a kitchen dining room in central Texas.

Works well, competitive pricing , reliable now for 3 years

Solid product, I installed their floor heating grid over 10 years ago, the Thermostat was upgraded to a newer wifi model, and the floor heat is still operating beautifully in our tile Master Bathroom.

Thank you for your excellent product and support over the years.

I handle kitchen and bath major remodel for almost 30 years now.

From design to project management. I've bought many items from floor warmers to lighted mirrors from Warmly Yours. All a great experience with full support. I had a for warmer issue, but they were all over it with full tech support as needed! It's been a pleasure to partner with Warmly Yours!

System was great for first couple years but thereafter it malfunctioned and is now dead.

I have had several transactions with Warmly Yours over several year and have used their floor heating under carpet and tile.

Working directly with Warmly Yours, they provided detail instructions as well as drawings for my specific intallation needs. The detail and arrangements were completed on-line and on the phone and were always 100% correct. I generally prefer in person discussions to insure correctness but Warmly Yours could not have performed better even if they were standing in my home at the time. Excellent experience and more than one time.

The WarmlyYours.com response & performance was exceptional.

The teams help & guidance over the phone also perfect. Thanks

I have purchased this product numerous times and the service I received was phenomenal.

Excellent customer service and product.

We have used Warmly yours on our floors for years! Would highly recceomend the product. Easy to install and works great!

The room that has this product, is standing on piles however the floor cavities are spray foam filled.

The heating of the room is definitely acceptable - sometimes though it can not be clear as to whether the warmth is from the product only or is from the sun coming in the windows (most is early sun mind you)

Great for heating exterior steps!!

We are very pleased with the purchase experience and the products we have from their store.

The experience was seamless and easy!

Nice!
