I installed a heated floor in our basement bathroom in 2003.
Back then I researched suppliers and the cost was all about the same - but WarmlyYours had higher ratings, so I went with that. Boy was I glad I did! The reason for those ratings was the service. I'm pretty handy, but this project was new teritory for me. I got it finished, and wow what a difference! My wife was mad because the little bathroom in the basement was now the nicest in the house!! Fast forward to two years ago, and the controller went on the fritz. Twenty years of running perfect in a high humidity environment... to be expected I guess. Anyhow, a quick call, and I was put in touch with a tech person who walked me through testing the controller to find out the issue. Once determined that I needed a new one, they matched an upgraded one to the system, and gave me a hefty discount (I think 40%) for my trouble. After twenty years though I expected to pay full price so I was completely surprized. I got the new controller, hooked it up, and it has been running great since. I can't say enough about their customer service, and the fact that they stand behind their product 100 percent. Who does that in todays world??
