Customer Reviews

Working in SoCal most of our projects do not get floor heating.

Everytime we do get an opportunity we work with WarmlyYours. I always get treated with outstanding service. Whether we are working with our sales rep or anyone else at WarmlyYours, it always feels like family or friends.

Our WarmlyYours in-floor heating system has been working flawlessly since I installed it in 2016.

Our kitchen is so comfortable to be in. I sometimes lay on the floor to get warmed up after being in the winter weather all day. My wife puts her bread dough bowls on the floor to rise. It was worth every penny.

We love our heated floor and the service tech who came out recently to fix an issue.

I love my under floor heaters!

They are very cozy and reliable. We received a lot of support and advice from the company on the purchasing and installation.

Ten years with tile floors always the proper warm for bare feet.

Winter and summer. Very nice.

Employees are very knowledgeable friendly and very helpful!

Your product is delivered expeditiously which is very important! Best of good luck in the next decades!

Amazing aftersale service, great price, fast shipping

From the front office to the tech and installation questions, you were professional, thorough and Warm!

I look forward to the next opportunity I get to install your product and enjoy working with you again!

It keeps our sunroom tile floor warm every winter.

The cats love it.

Excellent Support staff!

We love our Warmly Yours heated flooring systems!

We have one installed in each of our two full baths. We use the programmable thermostats to set the timing for exactly what temperatures we want the floors when. I admit to overriding the program to temporarily raise the temperature up higher when I shower so the whole room Is toast warm when I step out. We’ve had our got about 6 years - I highly recommend this system!.

Installed system in Kitchen 15 years ago - Had very good support during installation and the system has worked fine since installation.

Great service and friendly helpful people.

I put a WarmlyYours heating mesh under my marble tile floor in our bathroom over a decade ago.

It has been reliably keeping us warm through cold upstate NY winters for all that time. Back when I purchased it I remember the customer support was excellent and responsive. I’m sure they have come a long way since then.

Good company to deal with-very responsive; good products.

Working with Warmly Yours was an excently decision on my part.

Their Customer Service team was 2nd to none. From my very first phone call they were responsive and helpful. They provided the layout for my project, reviewed all the different options with regards to the equipment, and provided excellent technical support during my installation. My heated porch stoop has worked perfectly since day one.

I have an older home built in the 30’s which I completely renovated and out an additional on.

I always had a problem with ice build up in the roof valley where the new addition met the old (not properly ventilation) roof. Warmly Yours finally made a heating cable that could be used on steel roofs. So far I’m coming up on the 3rd winter and it solved my problem! I just run a single cable up one valley and over the peak on down the back valley and it clears the way for the melting snow to leave without turning to ice buildup. Only problem I had was a few of the glue pads let go the first year and I had to get up and replace them. It was fairly expensive but it works better than anything I’ve tried before and I’m happy with the results and customer service.

Every thing has been working great

one of my favorite things in this old house, especially since it's up in the chilly climes along lake michigan, just north of chicago, is the toasty warm floor in our bathroom.

i have been known to curl up on the floor with a book, and nothing warms me for bed more than standing barefoot on the tile floor before sliding between the sheets. it's nearly 20 years later and still going strong. not a single complaint!

Very helpful when our controller went out

excellent service.

walked me through everything i needed to do to successfully repaied my system

Ordering our new bathroom floor heating thermostat was quick and easy.

However, linking and programming it to my phone was more challenging than it should have been. It should be a shorter and more simple process.

Installed the WarmlyYours radiant heating system under a heavy travertine large format tile.

It was a wonderful system with intuitive controls. Definitely would do it again on a bathroom remodel.

I have have had a 15 year relationship with Warmly Yours that has been unreplicable.

The customer service is excellent.
