Great customer service
always great to work with..
My system continues to be under functioning giving very little hieat since day one which is almost 2 years old now.

We have been very pleased with our Tahoe 6 towel warmer.
The install went smoothly and it has been operating well for over 6 months. I was also pleased at the post-purchased customer support. I am actively considering a second Warmly Yours towel warmer to upgrade the older bathroom.
Laurie’s attention and help were exceptional.
However, my contractor was inexperienced and fairly incompetent. I had outdoor heating installed which works in part of the area but not all. Unfortunately the main steps to the front door do not melt. I use the back steps for my dog yard and they do melt🙏🏻 One other problem I have is the manual nature of initiating the system. I thought the sensor would automatically turn it on but I have to do it when it’s going to snow. If I’m not home it can’t catch up to fallen snow. Also the walkway melt travels to the public sidewalk where it turns into a skating rink. I use salt on that. I’m only 75% happy with the results and 100% wish I hadn’t invested in it. It was trouble all the way. Inside floors work well but I think it’s too expensive to operate and appreciate being able to see the amount of power it uses so I can calculate the cost and act frugally. The whole system is definitely a luxury. I did see that you offer many detection methods to solve problems but I am exhausted from the experience and ended up firing my contractor.
I love your product
I needed a thermostat for my bathroom floor.
I contacted Warmly Yours and they sent me a new one. However when I went to change the thermostat there were more wires than I expected. Warmly Yours was contacted and they sent me a video which walked me through the installation. They were truly concerned with coustermer service. (I wish my cable company operated like them). Thank you.

Every part of the process was amazing, from concept drawing to shipping everything was on par.
Installation instruction where good, my only 2 points are in the thermostat instruction it did not mention anything about what ohm setting to put it,(had to call tech support for that) second the wire that transition from the heated mat to the thermostat wire is big. Had to put down more tile glue thickness then what I would of used normally. Other then that over 1 year and still working fine.

We have used Warmly Yours in two different houses and have had wonderful experiences with both of them.
Product is very nice ans easy to install.
I have buy 2 and install them myself it has been a year not and the work great.
The product is terrific, but I'm had two malfunctioning control units which I had to replace at my expense and, while waiting for the part, cold floors!

He was very impressed with your product and immediately wanted us to carry it in our showroom. I have spec and ordered many projects over the years and your staff have always been so helpful. I was so afraid of selling it because I thought it would be too complicated to sell however, your staff made it very simple. I lput it in my own condo in 2012 I have had warm floors in my master bath all those years. The thermostat did go out last year and your staff immediately sent a replacement. They also followed up in a week or so to make sure that everything went OK I give your product a five star rating and your company as well sincerely Faye Norton previously designer hardware buffet in Oklahoma City.
