I was extremely happy with the service department.

They not only give me detailed instructions on how to diagnose the problem but they also followed up with me to make sure the proble was resolved!!

We have two Warmly Yours towel racks.

The first one purchased about five years ago and the other one recently. The newer one has not been working properly. Since contacting Warmly Yours they have been wonderful. Thorough, quick to respond and in the end a replacement will be sent. This customer service has been outstanding. Thank you so much WarmlyYours!

I have waited over a year after the installation of our WarmlyYours flooring to be certain that my review was accurate based on usage.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the product. The heated floor mat laid down seamlessly and was easy to install. The produce was exactly as described and the WarmlyYours team worked with us to make sure the product layout fit our space perfectly. This heated flooring is warm and everything we were looking for to heat the space. It is important to note that part of our bathroom sits outside the foundation of our house and was ice cold before we installed the heated floor. The heated floor heats evenly and consistently. We cannot recommend the product or the company enough.

Even though my situation was never resolved, the representative at WarmlyYours was exceptionally responsive.

We have been thoroughly enjoying the benefit of Warmly Yours radiant floor heating for almost 15 years with no problems.

We purchased our first two floor heating systems 20 years ago and they've worked perfectly all these years.

I installed them both myself, following the clear and detailed step-by-step instructions provided by WarmlyYours. I installed a third floor system in 2009--again, no problems. I updated the thermostats last year, but that's the only change I've made to our three systems. This is a great company!

The installation of the towel heater went very well.

The look and construction is great and appears to be long lasting. I would have liked the temperature of the unit to be higher than what it currently is. I checked the temperature with a Klein Tool infrared thermometer and found it to be 75degF to 78degF. Seems low to us and towels don't get as hot as I would like them to. The power here is at 119VAC. We have had other units in the house prior to this one that were closer to 100degF. The low temperature is disappointing as that is the reason we bought a towel warmer. I understand the liability aspect however lower thant 80degF is disappointing.

When our "in floor" heat thermostat failed the staff at Warmly Yours was very helpful in quickly providing a compatible replacement along with all the information that I required to install the new unit myself.

Excellent customer service, but wish you had more modern controllers at a reasonable price.

I have purchased two SCA-Dual controllers and they work fine, but very outdated, old design.

We experienced great customer service and love our 2 towel warmers (both bathrooms,) use them every shower!

I worked with WarmlyYours during our Master Bathroom rennovation.

We increased the size of our shower and wanted to include heat tape to warm the floor. The WarmlyYours team help with the design and recommendation of heat tape product and wall mounted thermostat. Using their instructions it was easy to have a heated floor in our new shower. It has been working for several years now and we enjoy its simple and trouble free operation.

I've had WarmlyYours heating wires under my granite kitchen floor for over 20 years.

While the wires have worked perfect from the day they were installed, I've had issues with the thermastates over the years. What I like most about WarmlyYours is the service I've received every time I've called customer service. The technicians are fantastic and supply replacement parts and instructions that are easy to follow.

I installed it in my basement and the heat is amazing.

I purchased a towel warmer for my wife for Christmas last year.

It worked great and looks beautiful. After a couple months it stopped working. Warmly Yours was great about replacing the unit. The second one was installed and after a couple months that one stopped working too. Both were plugged in to an outlet. I reached out again for a replacement and they did but this time I hard wired the unit. After a couple months this unit stopped working as well. I'm now working on installing a whole house surge protector just for the purpose of getting more than two months of life on a towel warmer. The experience has been frustrating to say the least, but the company has been great to work with.

Our floor heating system has been working well for many years.

It's pretty much "set it and forget it". When we needed to replace a thermostat, the company was very helpful. You can actually reach someone on the phone!
